Injury number : One !
A Quick blog entry to document; our first injury!; (More specifically John’s first injury). There’ll be plenty of knocks and bruises ahead so we’re setting the standard pretty high, to get a special mention. I give this: 5/10.
A bruise John picked up as he sailed over his handlebars and down a hill.
